Session & Cancellation Policy

These policies exist to honor both your experience and the integrity of the practice.

Drop-In Community Class

To honor the intimacy of our space, please arrive 5 minutes early. Out of respect for the group, late arrivals will not be admitted once the session has begun.

All sales are final. If you are unable to attend, please cancel in advance so your spot can be offered to someone on the waitlist.

In-Studio Private Sessions

To honor your time and mine, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your session. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee.

  • Payment is due prior to session

  • A 10-minute grace period is offered. After 10 minutes, your session will begin and end at the scheduled time.

Package Holders

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your session will be returned to your package. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in that session being forfeited from your package. Emergency situations are considered on a case-by-case basis at Tiffany's discretion.

  • Sessions and packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and do not roll over or extend beyond that window. We encourage you to schedule in advance to make the most of your time together.

Onsite Sessions (Private / Home or Small Group)

To honor your time and mine, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your session. A 10-minute grace period is offered. After 10 minutes, your session will begin and end at the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are charged the full session fee

  • 50% deposit required at booking; remaining balance due day of session

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session at Tiffany's discretion in the case of an emergency

Emergency Situations

Considered on a case-by-case basis at Tiffany's discretion.

Payment

Payment is due prior to your session. Booking is completed through SimplyBook.me, which directs you to PayPal for payment. Payment may appear as ANCHORPOINT on your bank or credit card statement.

Client Booking Agreement

The following acknowledgments are required at the time of booking. By completing a reservation with The Grounded Sound, clients confirm agreement with each of the following:

Health & Liability Release

Client confirms they are in suitable health to participate in sound bath and yin yoga sessions. Client releases Tiffany Nelson, The Grounded Sound (a brand of Anchorpoint Collective LLC), and Anchorpoint Collective LLC from any liability for injury or adverse effects, and agrees to the cancellation and payment policies at thegroundedsound.com.

Health Disclosure

Client is encouraged to disclose any health conditions, injuries, or sensitivities (including physical, emotional, or otherwise) that may be relevant to their session. This information is kept confidential and used solely to support a safe and appropriate experience.

Emergency Contact

Client provides an emergency contact name and phone number at the time of booking and confirms that the emergency contact is aware of their participation. Client authorizes The Grounded Sound to contact this person in the event of an emergency.

Photo & Video Consent

Client may optionally grant permission for The Grounded Sound to use photos or videos taken during group sessions for marketing purposes. This consent is optional and does not affect participation.

Personal Belongings

Client acknowledges that The Grounded Sound, Tiffany Nelson, and Anchorpoint Collective LLC are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to any session or event.

Minor Participants

If a minor (under 18) will be participating, the booking client confirms they are the minor's parent or legal guardian, agrees to all terms on the minor's behalf, and releases Tiffany Nelson, The Grounded Sound, and Anchorpoint Collective LLC from any liability for injury or adverse effects to the minor participant.

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate bookings for wellness services offered by Anchorpoint Collective LLC. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

Health Disclaimer

Sound baths, yin yoga, and related wellness services are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. These services are intended to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. If you have a medical or mental health condition, please consult your healthcare provider before participating.

Limitation of Liability

Anchorpoint Collective LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our services. Use of this site and our services is at your own risk.
